When you purchase an Ocean Alexander motor yacht, you become a part of our family. It's a life approach that our owners apparently agree with wholeheartedly. Our unparalleled support may be the reason why Ocean Alexander has grown at double-digit rates during a time when other boat manufacturers are downsizing. Or why so many of our owners are repeat owners. Two owners are on their fifth Ocean Alexander. A dozen or so more are enjoying their third and fourth Ocean Alexander.

With our annual Rendezvous and Cruising Club we've created a world for our owners that doesn't end at the edge of your deck, but extends around the world. And we've created a level of lifetime service that will surprise owners who think they've seen everything. Dedicated Customer Support

We have a support facility that operates for no other reason than to attend to your questions or requests for spare parts. We respond within 48 hours to both your needs and the needs of our worldwide dealers. We believe in getting you back on the water as quickly as possible, and we will go to amazing lengths to make that happen. For example, when an Australian owner needed a part that was no longer in production, we ordered it custom-made for him. When a European owner needed a 15-year-old part, we tracked it down. We'll often replace a part, system or appliance rather than make an owner wait through a repair process. Online parts availability is another advantage we offer because the sheer volume of parts we use in our production and rapid service means we can offer a wide range of new and pre-owned parts perfect for your Ocean Alexander

Quality Control specialists in every element of production operate with complete autonomy to assure the quality of every yacht that leaves our yard. Our quality control department is made up of core groups of specialists in woodworking/varnish, fiberglass, electrical and mechanical systems. People with decades of experience and proven knowledge in their respective specialties take a fully hands-on approach to maintaining the quality of our yachts as the most respected in the industry.

Rendezvous and Cruising Club

Every year, Alexander Marine sponsors several Rendezvous, gatherings of owners and boating enthusiasts to celebrate the pleasures of owning an Ocean Alexander yacht. We choose beautiful marinas throughout the country as the backdrop for your opportunity to meet other owners, exchange ideas and share boating experiences. Our Cruising Club is a not-for-profit group that continues the camaraderie of Ocean Alexander ownership throughout the year. Among its advantages are invitations to special gatherings and access to new technical and marine cruising developments.
